What My Clients Are Saying
"On a personal level, Sam makes exercise fun and rewarding. Working out 2-3 times per week for 6 years now, I swear there is at least one thing we do each time that is brand new to me. And he knows how hard to push me - which is always a bit further than I think I can go."
"The first day I stepped into the Fitness Clinic and met Sam my life path was changed. With his infectiously positive outlook, Sam has taught me how to truly live a healthy lifestyle. Sam makes "working out" FUN and less like a chore; each workout is new, exciting and the best part of my day! I can honestly say I'm a much healthier and happier version of myself compared to my L.B.S. (life before Sam)! I'm grateful for his professionalism and expertise, and lucky to call him a great friend."
"I like to run. So, when I was plagued by a nagging foot issue that prohibited me from running, I sought help from a variety of professional sources from physical therapists to muscle activation specialists but could find no solution. When I consulted with Sam and he evaluated me, he was able to provide a plan that provided relief and a return to pain free running. He recommended stretches and exercises that allowed me find a remedy from the persistent irritation and pain in my foot.I continue to follow Sam's advice today and have been running pain free for over a year."
